Mix all Ingredients , using a Spiral Mixer or , 3 Speed Mixer , 12- 15 minutes or until dough is fully developed , Dough Temperature 80°F. , Rest 20 minutes. , Punch Dough Well. , Scale As desired., Make-Up Oblong, place in oiled bread pan. Proof 30-40 minutes.
Bake 1 lb. 6 oz. loaf for 40 minutes at 380°F. (Steam Recommended)
